Know Before You Book
Booking Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment, and your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit or full payment is made.
- Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your service. If needed, you may transfer your deposit once to a new appointment.
- Last-minute appointments booked for the same day will incur a £10 fee.
- A £10 late fee applies if you arrive 15 minutes late. If you need to reschedule after your appointment time has passed, the late fee will still apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require you to book a new appointment, and you will lose your prior retainer.
- No-shows are subject to the cancellation policy.
